1. About Our Services

Creativedudes provides branding, graphic design, social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing services.

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and project requirements will be agreed upon with the client before work begins.

2. Project Scope

Every project will have a defined scope based on the approved proposal or quotation.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

Changes to the project scope may also affect the estimated project timeline.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Project pricing will be communicated through a quotation or proposal before the project begins.
• A 40% advance payment is required to confirm and start most projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining balance is payable before final delivery or as specified in the approved proposal.
• For monthly services such as SEO or digital marketing, payment terms will be specified in the respective agreement or invoice.
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed.
• Final files, source files, or completed deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.

4. Revisions

The number of included revision rounds will be mentioned in the project proposal.

• Revisions must remain within the original project scope.
• Major changes to an approved concept may be treated as additional work.
• Additional revisions or new requirements may incur extra charges.
• Delays in receiving feedback or approvals may affect the project timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, brand assets, approvals, and access required to complete the project. This may include:

• Logos and existing brand assets
• Images and videos
• Business information
• Website or social media access
• Content and product information
• Required approvals and feedback

Creativedudes is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, or delayed approvals from the client.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be communicated before the project begins. Timelines may change due to:

• Changes in project scope
• Additional revisions
• Delayed client feedback
• Delayed content or asset delivery
• Third-party dependencies

Creativedudes will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.

7. Branding & Graphic Design

For branding and design projects:

• Initial concepts are developed based on the agreed creative direction.
• Final deliverables will be provided according to the approved scope.
• Editable/source files will only be included if specifically mentioned in the proposal.
• Unused concepts, rejected concepts, drafts, working files, and internal design explorations remain the property of Creativedudes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creativedudes retains ownership of concepts, drafts, unused designs, working files, and other materials created during the design process.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final approved deliverables specified in the proposal.

Any transfer or assignment of specific copyright rights, where applicable, will be documented separately or in the project agreement.

Third-party fonts, stock images, templates, plugins, music, software, or other licensed assets may be subject to their respective licence terms and may require additional fees.

9. SEO Services

SEO is a long-term process and results depend on multiple factors outside our control. Creativedudes does not guarantee:

• Specific Google rankings
• A fixed number of leads
• A fixed amount of organic traffic
• Guaranteed sales or revenue

SEO performance may be affected by search engine algorithm changes, competition, website quality, technical issues, industry conditions, and other external factors. We focus on implementing ethical, data-driven SEO strategies and continuously improving performance based on available data.

10. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Digital marketing results may vary depending on the industry, audience, offer, competition, budget, platform changes, and other factors.

Creativedudes does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, followers, engagement, or return on advertising spend unless a specific performance commitment is separately agreed in writing.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta or Google are separate from Creativedudes' service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, hosting providers, advertising platforms, analytics tools, or other software.

Creativedudes is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, technical failures, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.

12. Content & Client Materials

The client confirms that any content, images, logos, text, videos, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Creativedudes are owned by the client or that the client has the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

The client is responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized use of materials supplied by the client.

13. Cancellation & Refunds

Once a project has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable because it covers reserved time, planning, research, and work already performed.

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, charges may apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the project status and the agreed terms.

14. Project Pause or Abandonment

If the client does not provide required feedback, content, approvals, or information for an extended period, Creativedudes may pause the project.

Projects that remain inactive for an extended period may require a revised timeline or additional charges to resume.

15. Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Creativedudes may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.

Confidential or unreleased work will not be publicly displayed before the agreed launch date.

16. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information to third parties except where required to provide the agreed services or where required by law.

For projects requiring additional confidentiality obligations, a separate NDA may be executed.

17. Communication

Official project communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, project management platforms, or other agreed communication channels.

Client approvals provided through the agreed communication channel may be treated as confirmation to proceed with the relevant stage of work.

18. Limitation of Liability

Creativedudes will provide services with reasonable professional care and skill.

However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, leads, sales, data, or business opportunities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

19. Changes to These Terms

Creativedudes may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with the revised "Last Updated" date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Creativedudes' registered/business location, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
